Truly happy, stress free and amazing experience selling my car with Prem Roy. Not to mention...this was done everything remotely as I am stuck elsewhere due to Covid!! Salesman Ashraf executed a beautiful perfect marketing ad and displayed high professionalism and focused customer oriented approach. Guided step by step to do online transfer and all transactions were executed impeccably. Highly recommended, trustworthy team. 3 words for them..TRUST, DEPENDABLE, VIBRANT. Well done and thank you.. Service is ok. However, it would be better if the salesman know more about the car that he is selling. Hope they can be consistent with their before and after sales service.

Amazed by how my experience was totally different from the all the rave reviews that contributed to the 4.9star overall rating, perhaps I was really lucky? Would give negative stars if I could. Purchased a consignment car from them, took 3 full disappointing weeks for the transaction to complete and received a car with defective conditions that only surfaced at hand over. 3 weeks long wait and needing constant chasers throughout. First viewed the car on a Fri and requested for it be sent to my workshop to check if there is any major issues before I confirm the purchase. It took 1 week for them to make necessary arrangement to bring the car close to the condition to as per advertised. Confirmed to go with the purchase right after the check completed on the Fri (1 week later), loan approved and balance payment made on the Tues of the 2nd week. Nothing moved until the following Mon (3rd week) when I called the bank, who told me they have been waiting for Prem Roy to request the fund. Transfer of ownership only happened the next day, and then took another 2days for car maintenance and grooming, before finally handing over on the Thurs afternoon, 3 full weeks from when I first viewed the car and make conditional offer, which the salesman felt there was no delays at all. Car handed over in an unacceptable mechanical condition. With Prem Roy advertising themselves as a team of car enthusiasts, it surprised me that they failed to notice the transmission problem from driving the car for maintenance and hand over, even my wife, a car noob, is able to tell that “the car feel like going to break down anytime”. Rock chip on the windscreen and signal light fell off right after handing over are super minor issues as compared to problem with the all-wheel drive system. I notice something amiss right after taking over, unusually loud and discomforting mechanical noise was coming from the front of the car when it moves, which accordingly to Prem Roy, was “normal” for the 4wd system. Not convinced, I went back to my workshop the next day and was questioned by my mechanic on “how do u take over a car like that”. They found the 4wd system to be faulty, and causing the mechanical noise, which was working perfectly fine previously when the car took the 1 week to complete the pre-purchase inspection. I had no choice but to go back to Prem Roy’s workshop, which confirmed the problem and eventually quoted $1500 to replace the faulty part with a brand new one. Prem Roy salesman was kind to offer to foot $1000 of the repair, but I declined as I was not confident of the workshop being able to fix the car that is now mine. So I had the car fixed at my workshop, but did try to ask the salesman to help with the replacement part since their workshop quoted a brand new part at $1500, and only to be told that a genuine brand-new part will cost over $3000. (Part of me was disappointed further, while another part was glad that I made the decision to fix at my workshop for the peace of mind, if I had fixed at Prem Roy’s workshop and from what I had experienced, I’m not sure how long the repair would last). Eventually, my total repair cost came up to be $4998, with Prem Roy covering $1000, I still had to pay $4000 for a defective condition that was not there during pre-purchase inspection, but appeared at the point of hand over. Glad that my car has been running smoothly for almost 3 weeks now, but this disappointing experience was totally not I would have expected in our efficient and safe Singapore, especially after having bought cars in both Germany and USA (pleasantly and without any hiccups).

He is attentive in what you are looking for and provide the necessary advice to guide you to your dream car. He is a trustworthy guy and is willing to go the distance for his customers. I sold two of my cars through Prem Roy and the process was seamless and pleasant. Both times, he provided me with a buyer within 1-2 weeks and they were serious buyers.
