A	Alicia Nanelia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a ride through RYDE, and got a taxi. The driver, Ah Siong, SHB83**Y, pressed 'arrived' on his app but I was waited for him for 10mins. Called him 3 times and he did not answer. Texted him and no reply. Saw him go rounds thru my estate on GPS. When I entered the cab politely told him that i called him and asked why he did not answer my calls and before I finished, he told me to 'keep quiet' and 'don't talk so much'. 'It is the app's fault, even if i answer the phone you won't be able to hear me. It is the app's fault the gps, I didn't reach, I didn' t click anything'. Sure, I would have let it slide and gave him the benefit of the doubt that he doesnt know how to use the app. But to ask me to keep quiet twice???? And then telling me not to talk so much??? I literally didn't even raise my voice and I just stepped into the car, we havent even left the carpark..... First time in my life I've encountered such a driver. Amazing.
S	S Chua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad driver with bad road courtesy- SHD1713? at 930am kept tailgating, flash high beam and honked when clearly there were vehicles right in front of me and I was keeping to PIE speed. Does this taxi think it's an ambulance?

It's 2022 for crying out loud. Will make a point to avoid Premier Taxis going forward

The taxi driver was rude, unfriendly and scolded me for not having done my homework when I gave him a C note! I was rattled and forgot about the receipt. He let me know that he usually does not bring passengers to small hotels like mine. I used my map also to guide him to Broadway Hotel Serangoon Road Singapore since he was not assuring. He kept the metre running while I ran around getting change in a strange place where I had not yet checked in. The gentleman is educated and was playing Beatles on the radio or could have been Boney M. I did not take down his name nor number.

I came out of northpoint mall taxi stand that was near uob and went to ur driver he didnt even turn on the change shift display and straight away told me he was changing shift and ask me to wait at the side. I went to the back got another cab told him my destination when my driver wanted to driver off ur cab driver didnt even move his car or even acknowledge that he was blocking the drive through. My driver set the horn on him a few times still no movement. You know whats the best thing a few mins later while we were waiting my neighbour who stays came out of northpoint too and when she approach ur driver cab he took her and drive off. if you guys are going to hosue drivers who are gonns make things hard for people because of whatever reason then honestly ur services shouldn't be used at all.

All bciz of asmall matter.when i told him im gping to call a police he went to his vehicle n go.. Plz teach him how to respect pple. U hire a very2 bad attitude driver.. Dont just nciz of 1 bad driver the whole com will hve a bad reputation...
L	LZ Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, stay away from this company. Driver is extremely unprofessional. He asked me to turn on my GPS to navigate to my destination in town. Whats the point of taking a taxi where the driver has no idea what he’s doing? In the end, he still made a wrong turn and I ended up walking to my destination. I paid $9 for a 3 min cab ride and didn’t even get sent to the correct place. The way he was sitting with one leg up when he was driving was also mind-blowing. Additionally, the car reeked of cigarettes. Just stay away from silvercab Premier taxis and use other cab companies or take Grab/Gojek for your own peace of mind.
