Sales Executive Bryan Tan made the experience much more enjoyable. He is friendly, patient, accommodating and helpful. Took his time to take a video of the car while waiting for its delivery and patiently explained its many features when collecting the car. Highly recommended.

Bryan was very helpful in the buying process. Unlike typical car salesman that keeps asking you to come and have a look first (when you call/text them). He was direct in asking what my requirements are in terms of financing the car and immediately spoke to his management to see what he can offer which made me come down to take a look the next day. He also avoided overselling the car and instead let me take my time to have a look, answered my questions and ask me only relevant questions. Lastly, even though the car I was interested in is not a Conti car, (the company seems to sell more conti cars) he still treated me as a customer very professionally which is why I highly recommend Bryan and Premium Preowned.

Bryan was a very patient Sales Executive always following up with the Mrs and I on what was the type of car that we were looking out for and always letting us know when there were new refreshes to his inventory. He was also very professional in the way he conducted his sales pitches/transactions, never complained and went the extra mile when we wanted to view the cars in his showroom even whilst he was on leave/off etc. The entire experience of buying the car was very seamless and we are very satisfied with our new ride nonetheless. The aftersales service is impeccable as he also helps first time buyers like us understand the ins and outs of what to look out for or things to note in terms of maintenance, aesthetics, etc. Will definitely recommend him and use him in the future again for our next upgraded ride !

Purchased my car last Nov 2021. Had a great experience with Premium Preown. Great service and after sales service with Max. Will certainly be back if I need to purchase another car again. Kudos to max! ?

Very bad experience with James. They posted a car for $100999. Went there and offered to pay full cash deal, made me sit down for 20 mins to say he will need to check with manager. But actually was discussing price with another customer as the other customer was taking loan. In the end he refused my full cash offer.

Quite Sad to write this review as the relationship started very well with a sales person, Bryan. he is great and a brilliant individual to work with. However the issues started at time of collection- the car was only cleaned from outside and no one bothered to clean the insides of the car at all. Bryan helped me to coordinate with his team and assured that it will be done in 2-3 hours. on my return, they did clean the car BUT simply the outer surfaces with a wet cloth. nothing more at all. I spoke to the supervisor there and showed him how - the boot, storage spaces including seat pockets were still dirty and even had leftovers from past. it was a tough and disappointing moment where one had paid for the car but hard to accept the handover. storage boxes where same as the time i viewed the car. So clearly no one cared about cleaning it. I requested for some compensation so I can send car for cleaning and detailing. this was bluntly declined. "we are not cleaners, we are car dealers, its not our responsibility to clean the car" was message from management. very disheartening.... In short- please do not trust the sales person on detailing and polishing, as its not in their hands. the management is simply running a great business but customer satisfaction is unfortunately missing.
