Beth is exceptional. Took care of everything for me and helped me get my helper from outside Singapore which wasn’t easy nor straightforward. Appreciate the help!

Misleading. Beware!! Agent told us in June 2021 they could bring in a helper for us by Aug/Sep 2021 from overseas. Many other agencies told me it was not possible due to MOM's position but agent reassured us that they had their ways because they were "well regarded" by MOM. Believed agent and went ahead. Despite telling us they would provide us with updates by x or y date, each time they failed to do so, and gave us a brand new excuse each time. We had to chase them multiple times for updates over close to two months. We waited for so long and turns out they contradicted MOM employment agency alerts from the very start and misled us into believing they could. Wasted our time and kept poor helper waiting overseas indefinitely. Do not recommend.

The agency failed to get back to us on multiple occasions despite promising to do so. The service quality was poor for the amount of fees charged. Do not recommend.
