Absolutely unreliable car dealer! Bought a car from Prime Cars in September 2017. Paid the premium for the car insurance to them before collecting the car. To my astonishment, I just received a letter from the car insurance company telling me that they have yet to receive the payment for the insurance premium. This is already the 3rd month I’m owning this car. Which also means that I have been driving on the road without insurance coverage for the past 3 months! How irresponsible of Prime Cars! I am unable to reach their car agent as well. His phone number seems to have been terminated. I wonder how can Prime Cars explain this!
