★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calculative car rental company. Refused waive unused rents due to licence suspension even for few days. Other company will waive out of good will. Rented almost 24mths already.
When asked them how I can drive when Court already suspended my licence. They said its not their problem.
Can't believe big company like Prime so heartless insist deduct my unused rentals.
