Prime taxi - 5 Benoi Pl

SHD2412R. Utterly rude and horrible taxi driver. He was very rude just because it was a short trip to the Polyclinic. Driver kept asking how to get to destination and purposely drove like a maniac, abruptly changing lanes. Didn't even wear his mask properly and kept raising his voice. My aged and sick mother was badly affected by the incident. Prime Taxi, wake up your idea and groom your drivers. Your company needs to identify these horrible drivers as mentioned by other reviews as well.

Cozy place and met some exceptional people in Prime Taxi Pte Ltd. Not only they are friendly, but they are obliging to their guests or customers. Love the ambienceatbthe waiting area too...

SHD 2527T. This taxi driver is a cigarette smoker and his taxi reeks of cigarette smoke. In times 9f Covid endemic it should be made illegal for taxi drivers to subject their customers to secondary smoke. This taxi driver shouted and asked Google map directions to mu home be switched off. He became rude and refused to drive to my lobby. He refused to address my security guard for the pass card to enter my condominium basement carpark. Remove his taxi licence.

Lost our duty free items on the way from airport. And stupid me didn't keep the receitp. The customer service was still able to help us trace the taxi and driver and successfully retrieved the items

Driver (SHD2069Z) picked us up at around 3.50am from changi airport. He did not show the taxi meter to us even after we requested several times for him to do so. He kept saying that he will show us the full amount when we reach our destination (hougang area). He only turned the meter reading briefly for 2 seconds after we insisted for him to show us the meter reading before turning back to his direction. I saw from the back seat at that time it was $14.80 around sengkang area. When we reached, it amounted to a horrendous $52++. After we reasoned with him how could it be $52++ when there wasn't even any jam throughout the whole journey. Then he immediately said that he pressed wrongly and that it should be $40. We wanted to take a picture of his licence but he said that we are not allowed to do so. He also said that he turned the meter reading to his direction as he got into an accident before when he put the meter reading facing the customers. He also said that it will obstruct the seat for "bigger sized passengers". What horrible excuses! I understand that there is a 50% meter surcharge for after midnight trips and the total should amount to a maximum of $27-$30 and not $40++! Will never ever take prime taxi again. Would really appreciate if someone could provide the complaint hotline.

10th February 2022 around 9pm plus, book a cab from Canberra back Home. Short trip but exchanged interesting infos and number as me and my friend have a good chat with this driver. Very friendly and rven advise my friend on taking a taxi license as he want to earn more. Apologize to us even tho not his fault that he is slightly late in picking us. After exchange goodbyes and alighted, my friend realized his wallet not with him, so try to contact him as his wallet contains many important documents. But then we recieved a call and answered, to our delights, the driver saw the wallet he dropped and told us to wait as he drove back to pass back the wallet. Very honest driver as my friend just got his salary and there's few hundreds bucks inside. Want yo tip him for going the extra miles to return the wallet, he keep refusing to take Till we insisted and force him yo get the tip, a small gesture for his honesty. Thumbs-up for him, and Hopefully all drivers are like him

Just had a bad experience like 20 mins ago with one of the prime taxi. My vehicle rear cam was unplug if not i will post the video here. Taxi was tailgating me on a single carriageway on KJE exit corporation road towards PIE and was very near and endangering my life and my wife life. Road was wet after rain and i was within speed limit but this taxi driver was so close and purposely sped up to be even nearer. Exited at jurong and I confronted him but he acted blur like nothing happen. Seriously this whole company shld learn to re-educate all their taxi driver to learn how to drive again. Seriously very disappointed and he can count his lucky stars that my camera was inactive, if not i would have send a complain to the authorities and have his license up and taken away from him.

Unprofessionalism at its best & the drivers attitude was the worst. Took a taxi from the airport - and the driver seemed more agitated why we did not pick the larger Max cabs. Requested for cash only payment upfront - but did not have any change at all when my trip was done. While it was ok to pay him off in small change - I would really wonder how the tourists would be harassed by this kind of drivers and attitudes. Frankly, Prime taxi's would be something I would avoid as much as possible in the future!! Feedback provided to Prime taxi as well - hopefully they can fix their driver attitude. Not listing the Taxi number here - but open to provide the same to Prime taxi if they need further details to improve themselves.
