1st time engaging Print City for a set of booklets I need printed as a gift for friends & for legal deposit. Very cordial communication with zero hassle & the final product exceeded my expectations. Will definitely patronize again ??✨

After 9 long days, Print City failed to give me timely responses and an accurate pricing. The customer service staff seems uncertain of the prices, and his/her poor command of English has made communication tedious between us. There was a lot of confusion. When I requested to speak directly to the printing department, CS started to get defensive and refused my request. I am fortunate I haven't make payment. Only at the first step of the ordering process and it was so unpleasant already.

Needed standees for a school event, and did not have much experience with ordering one. The staff at Print City were quick in their response and gave good advice with regards to producing one. Standees turned out to be of great quality and beautiful colour. Thank you Harry for all your help!

Had a very smooth experience with Printcity. Prices were the best i could find in the market. Aden was very helpful and went all the way to help me print two large scale posters. His team that came down to install it were also very skilled. I’m looking forward to working with Aden and his team again in the near future.

I usually don't write reviews but this kind of got on my nerves..let me try to be fair. Context: Printing matte photos with equal white borders for my wedding Good points: 1. Friendly staff (Jason) 2. Fairly prompt in replying emails (met once then communicated via email subsequently) 3. Inexpensive (although I didn't really compare to other places) 4. Gave good initial professional consultation 5. The larger photos were printed well and to expectation Bad points: Basically, I was told by Jason that my photos will be printed and resized accordingly as to how my files were. A few days later after payment, he took a photo of some printed photos for me to provide feedback before collection, which I felt was a good move, however in the end i decided that it wasn't of any use after all. The printed photos had unequal borders, which i gave feedback on, and at first Jason said they could not do anything about it, rationale being that my photos were like that and they did not make any adjustments. I was quite angry about the wrong claim, since my file photos were equally bordered all around and the printed photos obviously had thicker lengths. Hence i gave another reply and Jason appeased me by saying that they had rectified the issue and reprinted the photos a day later. However when received, the photos were not changed at all and still had thicker lengths, which obviously was not like the photos i had handed over to them. Honestly, I would understand if they initially tell me that the borders cannot be cropped or something to manage my expectations. However, to make a claim that my photos were given to them like that, and to say they made changes yet i still received something different from what i gave, made me feel that their mistake is unforgivable. Either they are unable to follow simple instructions, or they are unable to explain what they can/cannot do for you. Definitely won't be going back Bottom line: What you give them, even with specific instructions and them confirming that they can do that for you, may not really happen n the end.

really bad service placed an order for a single magazine, they only reply to my emails when prompted, no follow up unless i ask them first. when it came to the day i was supposed to collect my zine (on a day which THEY arranged), was told by the staff that they had forgot to print my book. ?????? wasted my trip there print job was sub par for the price point. would suggest everyone to patronize other printing shops instead.

Harry I would like to thank you for your efficient response to my enquiry for the printing of my daughter's 1st birthday party standee. I have sent out to various companies requesting for a quote and comparatively, you were quick in your reply and also you provided me with a reasonable quote with adjustments made to help meet my requirements. Also I appreciated that you took time to explain to me the various formats of the images that i had to provide for your printing. Overall, it was a fuss-free transaction with swift decisions made on your part and we got everything sorted out within the day. Colours and quality turned out lovely, in fact it's fantastic for the 2 standee boards! I love it as much as my guests did. Once again, thank you Harry for the pleasant transaction and the beautiful standee boards.

First time printing own calendars, Print city delivered exactly what we designed, and the quality was better than we expected, and their pricing was the best value we found. Keep up the good work, and we will be back 10 months later :)
