I spent $37.88 on two foam board posters and they came with many defects. One had a dent running across the whole board and both came with many overshot cuts and jagged edges. Their enquiry form and email on their website do not work. When I finally managed to contact them, the customer service officer, Alexia, refused to take responsibility and pushed the blame to the printer they outsourced to. They have yet to process any refunds and initially only offered me 20% of the total cost. They also had the audacity to continuously ask me for other printing companies who are doing it better than them. I have many more screenshots to show how terrible and unhelpful their customer service is. I highly recommend you to find other printing companies that provide much higher quality service at lower costs too. Absolutely terrible service, will not recommend anyone to every use their services.

Ordered a bunch of stickers via their store on Shopee. The process was easy and their staff were extremely responsive. Their production time is also super fast. When I went to pick up the stickers however, there was an issue with the cutting (they had done kiss cut but I ordered die cut). They quickly cut the stickers properly and couriered them over. Great value for even low quantity printing, and fantastic service! Will definitely be using them again.

Good quality, very nice staff, great service. Missed out my first timer 10% discount code, they were able to give me a little more stickers to make up for that 10%. Very nice of them. Thanks a lot. Will continue ordering from them. 2nd order, they missed out 30 stickers, and recovered by topping up 60 stickers into my 3rd order. Great service recovery. 2022 update: been ordering from them since 7months ago, for my cards, flyers & stickers.

The stickers came better than expected! The service was also excellent as the seller was easily contactable. Received the order within a week. Definitely would recommend!!
