★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not a rival, just a customer. This dude just doesn't reply my messages regarding the order. I sent 3 messages in 10am, 1pm and 11pm the next day. I get ZERO reply. Crazy how their website puts SG finest business or whatever award, and they just are soooo uninterested?? The ticks are up, message was delivered. Also, I've been wanting to pay the deposit since 3 weeks ago. No info given. Really frustrating experience dealing with the sales team. Told me the lead time was one week, I've done all I can to expedite, but it's been a month and I have gotten nowhere. Not even a proper quote/invoice. Wasted my time. Heck, to think I even drove all the way down to their freaking ulu office to feel the material of the shirt. Not worth it. Service recovery team pls assist in this terrible experience. Thanks.
