β β β β β Excellent service, It was a good decision we made by renting the car, the car was new and in good condition, the driver understood both English and Malay so was an added advantage for us.
Finally the driver had taken excess amount towards the end of the trip, when explained to the company they immediately refunded the excess amount.
We are surely going back to them in our next visit?? Thanks for making our trip a comfortable and memorable one.

β β β β β Boss is very professional and respond promptly to my request. He arranged good driver and mpv for my parents to travel from Singapore to Johor Bahru. The driver is very polite and punctual. My parents had a comfortable journey back home. I will definitely recommend SGMYTRIPS again for their good service and reasonable price!

Totally love it, very friendly and response very fast to my query, rides were always fast, safe and the car is very comfy and clean. I stay in the east, they are able to get me home in an hour or slightly more, amazing! Best is, 2 times I booked 7 seaters but they gave me free upgrade to bigger car. Thumbs up!

We enjoyed the stress-free trips with my 2 younger kids.
Both drivers were great, patient and experienced, the second one went the extra mile to make us even more comfortable.
