Currently still with them. Just don't use them. Once you've paid them, they aren't as responsive or helpful.

Violent instructor pushed my hand of the steering wheel, very demeaning and useless teaching methods. Coordinator is bias as well. Thread carefully and be firm with ppl. They behave like coffeeshop gangsters.

Very bad customer service. They can reply you instantaneously when you’re a new customer, have yet to engage their service. But after paying & when you bring up something that they disagree with, they can be constantly online & last seen the next few hours yet choose to ignore your messages by not replying to your complaint, when you’re trying to resolve the issue before your first driving lessons with them. And when you ask them if they are ignoring you, their response would be “you’re being overly sensitive”. Their company policy after paying is pretty much either “take it or leave it”. And according to their words, don’t trust anonymous reviews such as the other empty 5 stars reviews here. Trust the one that actually took time to review cause of how horrible the service provided was.

always no time slots ..and i was given one old uncle as instructor , who i had hard time understanding . i asked to change instructor..but all i get is no other instructor..and till now a few months later still noreply...never take this driving school..!!

I recently booked around 5 sessions with an Albert Ong, whom I was matched with. On 160322 at 8.30am, we had our first session. I met up with him then and upon arrival, he asked me to tell him my password for my CDC account on his phone. I offered to type it in for him, he proceeded to get offended as he believed I was being secretive and kicked me out of the car and told me to come back next time. I attempted to apologise and explain that I didn't mean any offence but he bought breakfast, sat there and continued to ignore me. I then left. I maintain that I was curteous the entire time. He wasted my time, my bus fare and the leave I took to attend that driving lesson. I'd normally not make a complaint but I believe that this behaviour is incredibly unprofessional. The only saving grace was that I did not pay for the session, as I intended to pay after. If this is the level of vetting this company has I cannot recommend this service with them.

Instructor just want to accumulate more students but they don’t even have time slot to accommodate the existing one. When I want to schedule in advance, instructor very irresponsible just keep asking me to find other instructor if cannot follow his time. Only can book one slot every 1-2 weeks. How to properly learn like this.
