i have recently purchased a pair of glasses there. A week later, i collected my glasses. However, later i found out the the left lens of my glasses was especially blurry. I did not realise this on the spot as the right lens was alright. This is not my mistake definitely as the new lens was even blurrier than my old lens, which is impossible as the degree of my old lens was tested when i went to the shop for the first time and apparently, my degree has increased by 25. On the following day, i went back to the shop with my mother at around 12pm. The shop was closed so i headed home first. My mother then around 2pm found out that the shop had already open. As the glasses was with her, she went into the shop for verification. To her great shock, the optometrist there brushed her off regarding the glasses, haphazardly gave a refund, and stated that "i have customers around right now to deal witn". This is especially appalling as we did not even ask for a refund, we were open to correct any mistakes probably made by the optometrist there. However, he was not interested and brushed my mother off, demanding us to come down another time to correct HIS mistakes. He even stated that in a SMS sent to my mother, it was stated that the shop is going to be only OPEN at 1pm on Sunday. However, there was no such SMS to my mother's phone at all. Moreover, this a shop that was frequented by my parents and brother. Such bad service for a long time supporter. This shop has bad customer service and is very disorganised(where is the SMS that should be sent to my mother?), i would not recommend anyone to go to this shop.

My first time experienced such stupidity... just a normal optometrist or maybe just a counter staff then can simply judge that your eyes are having infection with contact lens so cannot sell lens to you. Indeed, the mild redness was just due to morning wakeup’s rubs. I wish all the best to your business with such service.

Obstinate and inflexible optician. Horrible experience. The optician thinks of himself as so self-righteous. Never deal with such people before and never again will i step into the shop. Go at your own risk.

Here to share our last experience as a repeat customer of Pro Eyez... To keep the story short, we wish to say things don’t always go according to plan - esp dealing with fragile eyewears - when they are required to go through a few hands - from constructing of lenses to adjusting of frames. Very good customer service. Sheryl Ng did a thorough eye examination for me. She is very patient and sincere. Her assistant is polite too. Price is cheap/reasonable.
