i got recommended to PRO-JEX V2D by a friend when my car broke down. Before i contacted PRO-JEX V2D, i had already approached 2 different workshops to diagnose the issue i was facing with my car. But the way they handled the whole situation left me with a very bitter feeling towards workshops. But my experience with V2D is a breath of fresh air. Vincent was very prompt with his replies to my queries and was very inviting and friendly. When i sent my car in, Vincent wasted no time in getting my car inspected by his mechanics. Throughout the process Vincent was extremely engaging and explained to me every single factor involving the cause of the issue and how it can be rectified. He was also transparent with the costs and walked through with me on the different servicing packages available. In an industry that is out there to squeeze every bit of money out of the unsuspecting victim, Vincent establishes himself as trustworthy and reliable. Long awaited review for Vincent and his team after 1 week of driving. I came to Vincent as my there were some problems with my brakes, as well as the positive reviews in sgCarMart. Vincent was and friendly and prompt in his reply where he set up an appointment with me ASAP. Fast forward, Vincent swiftly diagnosed the problems that my car was facing and instructed his team to get on with it. Vincent was swift in his update and his team even took the initiative to check on other parts of the car, identifying other underlying problems that haven’t been fixed by other workshop since I got the car. All in all, Vincent and his team are professional and deliver what they promised. Some might argue that the price you pay here is a tad higher, but it’s definitely worth the quality and knowledge you get from Vincent and his team. Will definitely be back for more upgrades!

Had some issues with my Mitsubishi GLX, front shock absorbers needed replacement, causing the car to rattle like a tin can. Found the workshop online to do repair works for my Hyundai Sonata as I urgently needed my car back for work. The manager really helped to expedite the repairs and also helped to do a complete check on my car condition. They know what they're doing and I'd definitely go back.

First and foremost, would like to thanks Vincent n team for the wonderful and awesome workmanship for rectifying the problem of my car. Been to few workshop, but as usual some workshop can’t find the solution but instead trying to change these and that. Recommended by one of my friend to Project V2D. Mr Vincent or i can call him Doctor of Japanese car, manage to solve the problems to it. I glad and surprise that not only he found the solution to my car but advised me on such things to install and uninstalled. Was recommanded by my brother about the shop. When i got into an accident, first thing i called edmund and told him i was involved in ab accident. He quickly react to the situation. Upon reaching his workshop, he explain everything in details. After 10 days, my car is back in my hand and i can tell you it feels so different. Its just like driving a new car. Amazing shop, went there to fix the sound that no shops was able to find for months and they were able to fix it within a day. Even though it took the whole day but they still get it done despite their busy schedule. The boss Vincent is really a nice guy and I really appreciate the hospitality and service his workshop provided. The Mechanic even told me along the way what they are doing to the car and made sure everything went smoothly. I am very happy with the result and I will definitely recommend people to go to this place if they have a problem.
