p	petite_may on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse professional cleaning I’ve ever experienced. One studio charged S$250 and only sent 1 cleaner for 3 hours. Everything is dirty after the cleaning. Hope the company break up soon.
G	Gyanendu Bhushan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of Money. I got this Cleaning Service i.e. Promiseland Cleaning Service for 250 S$ as moving Out cleaning . First of all they sent only one person and she is getting tired working endlessly .It was a worse experience since my house was not cleaned properly and upcoming tenant complained about it a lot.Upcoming Tenant who was also my friend got another cleaner and than gave 80S$ more for further cleaning .Cleaning quality of this Promiseland Cleaning Service is equal to normal cleaning - nothing special care has been taken care . No need to waste money in the name of Moving Out Cleaning . I cannot recommend them to anyone . They left out many place for cleaning also.

When I asked them about a marking that was left on the marble floor by the cleaners after they left, they responded (though only after my post on Google) and came to rectify within a couple of days. Now the place looks perfect. Thank you Danny and the team!
B	Billy Yeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse cleaning company i ever came across! Danny is a very irresponsible person, i updated him on the terrible / unacceptable job done, he keep giving tons of excuses. Said will go down and take a look to rectify the problem, however this never happen! Place their cleaning equipment where they like without informing and blocking the walk way. If you cannot do the job why take it up! You had tarnished your company image. We had make a "big" mistake by paying you upfront! Lesson learnt, pay only upon job satisfaction and properly delivered! The cleaning job was poorly done , pictures tells a thousand words! No sane people will accept this speechless horrible job! Extremely poor quality ! Two workers and no one spoke English .. all very rude and in a rush to leave. Ask DANNY for full / partially refund but this was ignored. The case is yet to settle till the refund is made! i will write to CASE too if the refund is not make by 26/10/21.

After 4+ hours of thoroughly clean up, now the entire unit is sparkling conditions, ready for next tenants to move-in

I was not expecting much with the budgets friendly quote. To my surprise workers are timely, friendly and hard working. Mind you, this house has been stayed in for close to 20 years with no recent renovation done. After Danny’s team completed their work, I am surprised on work done. Stains on the marble floor and such gone. Everything well organize and the marble flooring literal squeaky clean with every steps. Detailed work inside and outside of fridge, cabinets, windows and shelves. Thank you Danny, a man of few words but the results speaks plenty. Frankly, I rather results then sweet talking. Worth the money. Let the pictures do the rest of the talking.
