1. Poor workmanship. 2. Unresponsive when contacting them. 3. Workers are very bossy and argumentative. 4. Items use for HIP are of low quality. 5. Unprofessional for the team.

its worst academy ever i liase with , actually the staff come to work but another staff tell that she was not in , its very bad we make the payment already and the worker attend the course almost 4 weeks alr but still havent receive the invoice

I encounter with Progressive builder was a very negative experience. We are currently facing a lot of distress and challenges during our HDB HIP. Lacking of communication leaving the workers clueless and without guidance to fulfil their job. We have made some private arrangement with the contractors to carry out the bathroom tiling and installation works for both toilets during our HIP. However, despite numerous attempts to mediate our problem, no solutions or outcomes have been derived yet. Following the arrangement, they have failed twice to provide satisfactory completion of all works and rectification of defects following our instructions and within the agreed timeline on multiple occasions. We have now lost usage to our Property due to the unfinished works and liquidate damages done to our property. Despite providing a 10% buffer to the materials for the upgrading work, they are incapable of fixing the outstanding defects at a satisfactory level and had failed to make a good faith offer of settlement in response to our request. If you wish your house to be this bad, you may consider engaging them. In case if you are not aware, any private arrangement made outside of the HDB standard package. HDB will no longer assist in your case and will need to be privately settle with the contractor directly. If you are the director of this company, you may wish to reach out to me.
