Prudential @ Scotts - 51 Scotts Rd

One of the Prudential branches located in Scotts Road, just outside one of Newton MRT Station's exits. Has an entrance with full-height glasses, promoting open-concept. Interior is so open and expressing welcoming nuance. FO Staff is also very friendly, although not all of them. One of the interestinf place is the PruCafe which allows clients / agents / staff to tabao food for lunch etc.

They don't deal with policy only their marina one.. Outlet don't know what this building is for...

The plans have gone from good to bad. The yield dropped till it would be better to manage your own money and that would be better insurance for one. Cashed out all my insurance. Put the premiums to better use. The training for agents is good, else would not have bought in the first place.

Do not get any products from Kenley Tan & associate. They do not care about your time. Dear Prudential, is this how you train your people? I signed up for a career dialogue session and the coordinator cancelled on me last minute. Asked to confirm and see if it's possible to stick to the same plan but still no replies until 2hours before said meeting time, couldn't take it and I called her. She simply hanged up my call and just texted to say it's cancelled. Created such a huge inconvenience for me and wasted my time, ruining my schedule I had made for that day. Moreover, she mentioned that she'll reschedule but has yet to reply me for a few days now. If they can't care for people who showed interest in wanting to know their team, they cant care for their current employees, with such a bad work culture, in turn they will not care for their customers. Please, do not even consider getting anything from anyone in the team Kenley Tan and associate.

I'm a current policy holder of Prudential. I access my policy details online through their PruAccess online platform. One big disappointment for me is the inability to list/print policy transactions, such as premium payment, policy loans, repayments etc. Prudential charges exorbitantly for obtaining printed statements rather than provide the details through my PruAccess secured login. As a financial institution, their online system sucks and need to be upgraded. Until then, all policy holders wearing the same shoes will be paying exorbitant charges just to validate transactions in their accounts.

Due to safety measurement, u have to wait for your agent to come down & fetch u. So that may take time. But other than that all is the same Friendly receptionists
