In 2019, my dad passed away in Thailand and I tried to do claim with his Prudential policies. The agent who served my dad claimed that we need to go to legal firm to have a legal letter on who is the estate executor, before we can do the claim. So during the wait, there were a lot of tension in my family, esp with my dad's 2nd wife. It was then, my friend who is also insurance agent from another company, told me that I can actually claim with the need for the appointed estate executor to do it. So I tried my luck and true enough, I can file in the claims. Prudential, just like Aviva, tried to make things difficult by asking more and more documents. Until I asked them, ICA has already issued the death cert and even Manulife has already payout the claims... Why is Prudential still asking for new proof??? Next, I filed in a complain about the agent giving wrong information which causes our family unnecessary stress. During the investigation by the Prud HQ, the agent lied that she has not given such advise. Luckily, I have whatsapp screenshot and can testify that she is definitely lying. So 2nd round of investigation, she has no choice but to admit. But I told Prudential, I was very disappointed for them to take this lying issue very lightly. The agent was just punished for that year, no bonus and no promotion. This shows how insignificant Prudential view in the dishonesty of their agents. I will definitely never buy any Prudential policies after this experience.

Waiting time was fairly long . Jia Ling from Conceirge was very helpful and friendly. She offered to take up my case as I waited for a while and she helped resolved my queries and submission. Thank you.

Not afraid also to respectfully voice his suggestions and opinions. Much appreciated. Very good experience encountered and he is definitely an asset to the company.

Met Mr Naseer Khan through the ticketing system at Prudential Customer Service Centre early June this year. He is a familiar face at Prudential and he has always given me a very good impression of being so kind, helpful, thoughtful, patience and knowledgeable. During this visit he gave professional advice regarding claims and policies’ paperwork. He provided professional information, highlighted important points with colour pens and jotted down points on a paper so that he could give clear clarification. He is really sincere as he would patiently listen to you and give encouraging advice.Truly appreciate what he did, namely, his hard work, dedication in giving his best effort, sincerity and kindness.
