★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Response was almost immediate through Wadsapp. Took photos of the leaking issue and faulty toilet bi-fold door and got quote for the leaky tap. The operator wasn’t sure if the plumber could also fix the door. Plumber came around 20 minutes later than arranged but was fast to complete work and also fixed the door quickly, saving me time to get another person to replace the entire door. Overall fuss free experience. Will use the service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Response was prompt and when I mentioned that the initial price quote for the better quality shower tap was more than what I was quoted from others, they present me with cheaper alternative.
What really impressed me was how soon the appointment was arranged and the professionalism of the plumber. Was asked to confirm on the appointment and was given a time that was less than 1 hr.
Plumber arrived on time. Takin the time out to explain the root cause of the leak and his solution. In the end, there was no need to replace the whole shower tap as he deemed it was not necessary and was charged lesser than initial quote.
Definitely will look for them again for future leakage issue.
