★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad consultancy i msg maureen I didn’t get any response. After one day I tried once again but still they seen all msg but never reply or said anything. If you don’t want to answer or don’t want to talk then why you giving numbers to contact you full waste of time and psb now I’m getting same as garbage bin. I posted a screenshot as well so is there any explanation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ to say that the graduation ceremony was underwhelming is an understatement. not only we have to pay $80 for the graduation that had no ceremony, the certificate does not come with a folder which costs an extra $35. Couldn’t bring the gown home either. took professional pictures at the graduation but that costs another $50 if u want to softcopy. $165 and for what? to just take pictures with ur friends. considering the expensive school fees, the least psb could do is sponsor the graduation for everyone.

Started the first lesson with something that has got nothing to do with lesson notes.
Told to email concerns, but emailed was not received. Even after a screenshot was sent.
What sapped concerns but was given a general reply. Until email was sent to the school.
A touch a go cert yes. If looking for education and support, maybe not the best option unless you've got no other option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PSB STEM provided an efficient, no-nonsense and comprehensive experience that actually teaches instead of dampen spirits. The environment is conducive, you will learn and receive real help for your projects to succeed. You can report when people decide to gang up on you or steal credit for group projects and it will be solved. Here you do not end up a victim as many so regretfully become elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this university and campus. Coming here after dropping out of uni, the staff and lecturers are nothing but helpful to me and welcomed me with open arms since day 1. The campus itself seems small comparatively to other universities, but the STEM campus are well equipped to fulfill your needs when it comes to studying. I had a great time here and I still can't give enough credit to the lecturers for helping me achieve my goals to not only graduate with a bachelor's degree, but also my goal to qualify for master's degree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glad to have finally graduated, but still confused what the $80 payment for graduation is for. Robe was returned, and pictures were mainly took with a bear. So was it the hat that we get to bring home that costed $80? Even the formal picture taken required another $50 to pay. Was expecting the $80 to at least be a mini ceremony instead of just a walk through the 2 floors of campus for a bear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went back to collect my testamur, and the staff were so freaking rude. One middle aged Chinese lady with short hair and another Malay lady wearing tudung. The middle aged lady was so rude in redirecting me to the Malay lady when I told her that I was here to collect my testamur. She just briefly pointed at the Malay lady without looking up at me. And for the Malay lady, she was very impatient while talking to me, and kept rolling her eyes too.
