Cloud based Deskera suite is one of the best in its class. It comes with loads of features and functionalities as standard config so there is no need to spend much more on add-on. LIKES: 1. Cloud based - no need to establish and maintain IT infrastructure to host ERP. 2. Super affordable 3. Process Map - navigation can be made via Process Map. 4. HRM - eg. KPI for the employees can be set up easily. 5. eLeave - great tool to keep track of leave roasters and resource planning. 6. eClaims - can monitor and track all employees' expenses. 7. CRM - Lead ,Opportunities etc can be tracked via single dashboard. 8. Single Sign On Page- to access all modules (ERP, HRM, eClaims, eLeave, CRM, PM, LMS etc). 9. Absolutely Fit For Use in SME and Corporations. DISLIKE: 1. GUI is a bit old fashioned although it is browser based application, hopefully this will be improved in soon future. 2. CRM - again not modern.

We have made a decision of upgrading our system using an ERP cloud-based solution. After 6 months for a continuous searching and of meetings with service providers, we have found Deskera as a perfect solution to systemize and control our accounting and supply chain process. PTC provided unlimited support and prompt response helped to fulfilled all our needs. We appreciated the time and job which was done by Mr. Kiran Kumar and Ms Veron Cheong.
