S	Shivani Pandey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrolling myself in the World Champion Certification Programme (WCCP) was one of the best decisions I made thus far as it has shaped me into a stronger and confident speaker. The routine of discovering and learning numerous speech styles and practicing them at the end of the lesson every week pushed me to think fast and be more succinct with my presentation, while retaining the key and significant points. Needless to say, the guidance and support given by my coach, Mr Imran surely made the 12-week-long journey a pleasant one but he did not hesitate in giving me his constructive criticism and area for improvements whenever it was necessary. That was a quality I appreciated about him. All in all, if you wish to hone your communication skills or simply explore the area of public speaking, PSA will not disappoint you!

I learned a lot about several skills and techniques of Public Speaking which for me, would have been difficult to absorb and practice in the other “2 day intense courses” that are available by other providers. Our trainer, Mr Zulhafni Zulkeflee, presented the various techniques to us in an engaging and fun environment that helped the entire cohort shed their inhibitions and practice speaking in front of the class without fear of judgement. He is encouraging and is full of insights and personal anecdotes that are relatable and which help to understand the practices of Public Speaking beyond mere theory. Overall, it was a great learning experience and I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to polish their public speaking skills.

Public Speaking Academy course gave me good tips and allow me to have opportunities to present in front of a group in the sessions. This indirectly boost up my self confidence. The videos taken for my presentation by the trainer and constructive feedback and tips after each presentation allow me to self-reflect on what can be improved and how to be better with each practice. The trainer, Mr Zulhafni Zulkeflee, is very interactive and engages with each and every one of us in the class. I enjoy his sessions and it had definitely benefitted me.

Today, with continual practicing, I feel much confident in presenting to an audience than I was before Public Speaking Academy. The program (12 weeks , 2 hours for each session per week) might sound long, but it is worth investing your personal time. The reason for my signup was to improve my presentation skills. Each time I speak to an audience, I tend to feel anxious. When that happens, my voice starts to lower, my eye contact would be all over the place and my hands would be in senang-diri position. I always felt that I can do better but over time it never did. After enrolling in public speaking academy, my trainer, Constance shared several tools and framework for public speaking. Each week, we get to present in front of the class to apply the tools that we learn. These tools enable my fellow classmates and I, to elevate our levels of presentations that we were not able to previously. You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.

It has provided a safe environment for me to make mistakes and improve in the 12 weeks program. In addition to covering a range of speaking situations with practical techniques that can be easily applied, the real gem is the opportunity to practice the techniques in a very safe environment and to learn from each other. The lessons were well structured, decently paced and catered to learners with varying ability. Particularly enjoyed the impromptu speech lesson as that was what I was most interested in. Constance is an excellent trainer. Clearly accomplished a lot in her career but she was very humble, eager and genuine in helping the learners. Her classes were learner centric and it was a safe environment for learners to practice and gain confidence in public speaking. Overall I'm pleasantly satisfied with the programme and more importantly it has ignited my interest to embark on the journey to better my communications ability.
