★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBS Transit: The mrt ezlink gates need to be looked at. Doesn’t open properly. Tapped my card successfully but was in a rush to catch the train and still walked into the barrier and slammed my thigh into it. (Waterway Point side.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the govt is encouraging more people to cycle(cycling tracks setup), there is not enough safeguards to the bicycle parking facilities at the moment at the met station. Cyclists with more expensive bikes don't dare to risk parking there.

It is an interchange between the North East Line and Punggol LRT. It is currently the only MRT station located within Punggol planning area.
