Punggol Park Connector

Some upgrading going on along the PCN closer to Waterway Point but otherwise still very good for an evening's walk.

Park connects to Sengkang West, east (Sengkang Riverside Park) to Jln Kayu (Fernvale side) and to Seletar etc. Recently the park joins and expanded a new garden like walkway great for relaxing running and sports. Place is ideal for photography too.

The Punggol Park Connector is "Beautiful". It's so well designed that you have bicycle bats, seats to rest and even a toilet with drinking water right at the far end towards Sunrise bridge . The Punggol Park Connector is awesome if you are a nature freak. In concrete Singapore, I certainly appreciate the accessibility I have to this Coast to Coast Trail. It's as natural as it gets, rustic and yes the fresh air. Serves as a much needed lung space for the residents of Sengkang and Punggol. For the nature photo buff, lotsa pictures to be taken. You get to see monitor lizards and turtles in the water, the chicken family (yes live birds) and the occasional exotic bird. Nature has been left to herself here. ? For those ready for a good walk, you can start at the Sengkang Floating W'land and walk all the way to the Punggol Container Restaurant situated at the other end using this Park connector. That's about 8kms. Sufficient directions (signage) have been placed at strategic locations.
