They don’t don’t know what is rude and what is loud. Sometime the true really hurt. Instead of apologizing, they continued to attack you and threaten you WOW. Best customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to enquire on their product based on the catalog I saw from their online website, staff Alex is very rude not only did he not assist in answering my queries he left me hanging for quite awhile before his manager showed up. Will not recommend if you are new to gold purchase as staff and manager are not helpful and hastily brush off queries, giving you poor customer service attitude with options to either pay n buy or leave. Overall ,Lovely lovely is not lovely experience after all.
