We last checked all our reviews, which i believe you did the same, was given with due diligence and credits are given when its due :) we also do review and edit our reviews timely whenever we can. Afterall it is about staying true to our facebook group member, just like you staying true to your ig followings. Nonetheless we feel happy with your ig following and committed fans. But we stay true to our review as well. We were merely commenting on the unkempt tight space which deter us to even enter, especially during sop times like this. We were as a matter of fact sympathizing how you guys can survive, given the quietness of the mall, despite the weekend. Regarding the staff in the corner, hiding or not, staff or owner, it was indeed the tight squeeze in space we were sympathizing with. We reviewed our comment, there was no hateful message in it. While we understand that its a small shop and during set up it can be messy, but we did travel all the way from town to want to visit and review, but we did not even dare to go in. Hence the 1 star was purely based on us not even daring to enter given the scenario presented to us on that day. Otherwise we wish you well and continued success with your followings. We stay true to our members.

Friendly staff who are the boss, willing to chat and help. Pleasant environment with wide range of nice authentic figurines and plushies. Definitely recommended shop for claw machine lovers

PS. posting this as a regular of the shop now, seeing unjustifiable review from this person "GM" went into check his other reviews. So negative to rate and review most claw shops low rating without clear and conclusive review! As an enthusiast for plushie, here has become one of my favorite place to claw! Unlike places like Iclawtaiwan, FunClaw so scam with their momo claw (weak claw) cannot win without payout. The staffs who are also a young couple boss, so readily to help and chat! Cheapest rate in Singapore i would say, plushie machine can go as low as 38 cents per play. So don't hesitate to come have a try, lots of authentic plushies and figurines that you can catch for exchange! Do your research on their Instagram account too before coming down, to know that i am saying the truth
