β β β β β We have been faithful customer of QB for almost 5 years no, but their customer service dropped drastically in recent months. At their website they don't say that you need to book a slot to go to their physical store. We travelled half of the city to go there, and they wouldn't admit us though the shop was empty. They would keep the door closed even for those who was buying from them for years. Such a pity!

Excellent customer service by the manager/ owner who was willing to go the extra mile to rectify collection issues.

β β β β β Love coming to QB to satisfy my meat and grocery shopping. Go online first and Create a memberβs Account, choose one item and place in basket and press check out. You will receive a customer order no, then head over to this QB at Chin Bee Crescent to pick up your order. You may wish to add any other additional orders from there. The meats are very fresh, even the frozen pork ribs, beef shank and ribs, and also the shabu shabu ( which may have promotion , buy 1 for 1 free ). You could also buy other stuff like spices, olive oil, pasta , cheese , beer. The whole lot. Go to the website and have a look if you are not sure .

β β β β β Great place to go if you happeend to be nearby. Quite a variety of beef cuts, condiments, cheese and tidbits. Might have some good buys occasionally. Bought some chips, frozen meat and sauces for me cooking.

β β β β β Location wise is definitely out of the way, you need your own transport or to grab there. No bus stop.
Only ample parking inside or along the road outside of the building.
Instruction to the store.
- walk towards the office.
- will see a table
- press the buzzer once and the person will attend to you.
(Need temperature taking and must book before you can enter)
The variety of food for meat and seasoning are quite wide- pasta sauce, meat seasoning. Even potato chips.
Worth to pop by if you are planning for a feast.
Prices are also very reasonable.
Do note, no credit card payment allowed.
Nets payment is preferred.
