★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Served my purposes just fine. Short wait, reasonable price, good quick cut. Other reviews are critical of their policy of having others wait outside but I get it - it's a small shop and if it's full of onlookers then potential customers may think pass they're in for a long wait and pass by. I probably would. My stylist Stella was attentive and friendly and did a nice job with my unkempt mop head. Need exact change in notes or an mrt card - no credit cards accepted. Picky people will probably want to look elsewhere (and spend more) but for fast no nonsense haircuts, I think this is a good choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So online and their physical store shows closing time to be at 9pm, reached there at 8.30pm to be denied service by late middle age lady. I have had my haircut at this specify outlet before and they're willing to cut my hair at 8.40pm. I would've understood if they deny service at 8.50pm as I know they need some time to close up but this is ridiculous. They have 2 hairdressers there and one customer is almost done and one haircut is 10mins. No one else is queuing. It seems like the staff are just hurrying to go home, either change closing time or at least stick to what was stated - don't mislead others. A complete waste of my time.

The ends of my hair was so damaged from rebonding at another salon a few days back, came to this QB house to trim the frizzy ends before meeting a friend. Was served by Derick and he was patient in “saving” my hair and gave advice on what to look out for the next time I rebond/perm hair. Would definitely come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. The lady barber feels like she just wants to rush the haircut and not caring at all. She only took less than 10 minutes to cut and did not bother to make my hair neat. My hair was messed up and the cut was not even symmetrical. I had to go to another barber to tidy my hair up after going to this place. Horrible experience.
