★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely ludicrous that this shop does not accept any form of epayments or credit card in this day and age. only ezlink card and cash? its 2021, not 2011. no change is even given for such a specific value of $12, so if you only have numbers like $15 or $20 in your wallet. good luck to you. wasted my time queueing only to find out the only alternative to cash was not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the long-haired lady stylists here is my go-to and I'm always lucky to be allocated to her. She's experienced with different hair textures, has skilful techniques and is careful to ask for the customer's preference in length and cut. Great experience here. They also now offer a cashless payment method so you can either pay $12 in cash or use GrabPay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to visit QB for every haircut, as I moved to new place that have only EC house nearby, I decided to get my haircut before getting home from work. And this is how I got my worst experience with QB house, that felt I rather go EC house. The hairdresser I got today (Short brown hair Auntie with spectacles) around 5.45 to 6pm just letting all the my hair cover my face then later cover my shoe. I have to keep my eye close and it really make me upset. The worst QB house experience I ever had!
Wont let the hairdresser serve me again. and hope the other hairdresser still maintaining QB service standards.
