★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a xiaomi monitor light on their shopee store. light dims automatically even if you turn it up to the brightest. qi electronics refused to do an exchange or refund. insisted the product to be sent to their warehouse for inspection. why would they want to inconvenience the customer when substantial video proof has already been submitted? would not recommend due to the lack of integrity.
