★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant Chinese consultant and helpful Filipino admin office assistant but unfortunately shoddy work and appallingly arrogant Tamil supervisor who rebutted asked your own private cotractor to reapir the remnant and even if "U tell hdb" also no use (paraphrase) Spalling oncrete near bathroom, bamboo poles areas were conveniently dismissed as peeling paint though Chinese consultant first assessed as spalling concrete.
