I ate since the beginning and initially, it was probably the best fried chicken in the vicinity. I compare with Winner's chicken at Alexandra village, and the other western food with similar offering in the market. The problem is consistency. Initially there was a younger dude with specs who fried the chickens, those were delicious. It was more salty, but also more savory, better texture in the crispiness. The fries were better too. I think it would be better if the fries were slimmer, add more spices to the batter for more spectrum of flavours. I'm not sure what's the operation style but it was later passed on to a senior and lady to run. I'm quite sure that they don't try their own food or appreciate fried chickens. The standard is really far from what we had from the start. Instead of improving, the taste is very off, and the fries were not even fully cooked, this is how i know they don't test their own food. I hope you can improve on your consistency and get the recipes right. Another thing I notice, is at the chicken breast section, there's a weird odor among the flesh, taste very weird like synthetic. I'm not sure if it's something to do with the chicken or it's something natural, I definitely haven't tasted that weird odor before in my decades of eating fried chicken, i tasted that at least 3x so it's fairly consistent. You might want to investigate on that. Also hope you can expand your offering like offering handmade calamari, onion rings from real onions. I think the batter(initially) u made was decent.
