Went for a brazillian wax. China lady didnt even clean and prep the area. She just dived in with the same stick throughout the whole process and redipped it in the pot. Wax was super hot. even after telling her she ignored. When she pulled its terrible. Its like she applied the wax and pulled it without following the hair directions. after waxing she just used an old razor and shaved off the excess hair instead of using a tweezer. SHORTCUT. She then applied some "AFTERCARE OIL" when I checked there was lots of hair remaining. i told her there still lots of hair. She didnt even cleaned the oil and went ahead and replugged the wax and waxed me which obviously didnt work cause of the oil. she ended up shaving. and yet when i checked again. STILL LOTS OF HAIR. Terrible service. Terrible procedure. Overall a terrible and diagusting place. Dont be fooled by the pretty exterior.

Stick was double dipped . Lisa end up shave clean most of my hair instead of waxing. Room was dirty as well
