I Went to check and compare prices so far the best. quick reply to my questions, price $20 for printing on mug. .I told the boss, I lived at East side, very far from queensway , she was very busy, but still help me to finish the mug, within 20 mins. very good experience. Will go again??

Very friendly and helpful Winnie. Quick and efficient. No need to shop around too much. Just arrive and walk upstairs, and easily spotted.

I asked for 3 shirts to be made. The first one the logo i asked for was so tiny right in the middle of the chest it looked terrible. Then the second one the picture was so terrible. you could see the lines that should have been cut on the side and the image was so faded it was almost black and you couldn't see the image at all and they still wanted me to pay 30 dollars for a shirt that was unwearable. The third one they asked to come back in two days to pick it up and when i did it wasn't even ready and they said they might have accidentally given it to someone else! NEVER USING THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!

Worst ever experience for printing shirts. Told me to come back in 30 mins to print names on 2 shirts. Came back to see that my shirt was not only not done, the font was so huge and the shop owner went on to print it on my shirt. Now the shirt is so ugly. Her equipment in printing is not flexible when it comes to placement of letters to be in a curved manner. It can be easily done by cutting the printed letters and aligning them on the shirt. Worst still she was entertaining the Caucasian customer and could not be bothered with me. Will never ever patronise this shop again.

One of the worst experiences I had ever have with a T-Shirt printing company. I ordered 36 pieces of customised t-shirts for an event, and they said that I could collect it a week after. Was pleased at first, but not for long. I went there a week after to collect it, together with my friends (we all stayed at the other side of the island), the supplier did not call us at first and said “Oh sorry, late delivery of t-shirt, will send to your house by 9.30pm". We were frustrated and thought that we wasted our trip here. No responsibility shown! This was the thing that made me blow my top. When 9.30pm came, I was wondering why the T-Shirt had not arrived yet. I messaged her and she said “Oh sorry, it only came at 9, so putting the names and numbers would take 2 hours, so by the time I finish will be 11.30pm, but i won’t have any delivery man, so i will deliver tomorrow at 2-3pm to your house”. I don't believe that she really meant what she said, because even after giving her grace periods, she still printed some information (I updated here on changed sizes and names and numbers) wrongly and created more inconvenience for me and the people I printed the T-Shirt for. Much said, she was also unresponsive when contacted on Whatsapp. I asked her many questions to clarify and checked, but yet she only blue-ticked me, such as when I told her of the error, she simply blue-ticked me and did not reply. I even reminded her of the updated information, but yet she still printed it wrongly. Worst place to print your personalised t-shirts, don't go there, cheap price, but not worth it at all. To sum it all up, low-quality, uncontactable and unreliable. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM

They did a very good job. The cheapest, fastest and professional finished. I ordered 10 polo shirts with variety size and i want all embroidered. For only 3 days as i want it for watching F1. This owner very easy to deal with. It was a pleasant transaction.

I used this place 3 times which was 2 times too many. The first time they were very professional and produced good t-shirts in 1 day. The second time t-shirts were not ready as promised and the printing was not good quality. They didn’t offer to make good. Yet, I went back a third time and they took my order and money. Turns out they didn’t have stock of the items and they never checked or called me to notify me until it was too late. I had to run around last minute to get the shirts made.
