★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to deliver food. There was a indian lady sercurity guard who is very kind and helpful to guide me on where to delivery so the progress will be more efficient, this type of sercurity is rare and very passionate about her job. Place was accessible as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay in this condo for 2 years because of the lease, this is my comment:
1. Transportation - POOR - only 2 buses pass through this condo Bus 16 & 33. If you expect to get into the bus in the morning, make sure you are super early i.e. Before 715am. Otherwise please be patient as all busses pass through are likely to be full and no one is able to get in. Walk to the nearest MRT is about 1km so probably 10-12 minutes walk.
2. Little facilities in the condo - only pool & tiny gym.
3. The school is right in front so expect the traffic to be congested in the morning too.
4. I stayed in unit #06-01 - water get into the unit from the corridor when it rains heavily. Plus a lot of noise as the pool is just right outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to live… My baby cried from morning to evening because of the drilling sound from upper floor… No consideration given to others living there..just to do maintenance work for some… called and informed house guard they are helpless.. Cannot connect to management number also… If you are living with family, don’t come to Questa… Nobody to help and hear you..
