J	Jiang Ji Xuan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 delivery requests on 2 separate occasions, both days the pick up driver didn’t come and pick up the parcel the whole day. They were booked on consecutive days. When called up customer service, they tell me that the driver did arrive for the pick up, but no one was home. However, I was home the whole day those 2 days to ensure that I wouldn’t miss the driver. All I can infer from this experience is that QXpress has no integrity and is extremely unprofessional.
s	selina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience , cheating customer to wait at home for two days never collection, no calls (even I request calls if come down) cancelled order by their end just reply as two fails attempt, ask for new order placement and need to wait for another two days , so cheap means cheat , no service. Waste of time! Customer service also like machine! I guess they just want to push customer change to the one day delivery service so maybe they could have higher profit. Why not just choose a simple but trusted company!
A	April April on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informed the overseas seller to ship to my new house, instead of my parent’s place, which she did stick a big sticker with my new address on my parcel. But somehow, the Qexpress Consignee Note can somehow pluck my parent’s address’ STREET, with my current house’s UNIT# and send out for delivery anyway. Obviously it’s not gonna reach my house nor my parent’s house. When the courier was registering the packages at the warehouse, they actually can don’t realise the addresses don’t tally at all. It’s simply amazing.
m	markbr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should be no stars. Received sms saying driver could not find address but I was home and nobody called me to ask how to find my address. I've had no issues with other companies before. Next day customer service said they will deliver later in the afternoon, I waited at home but nobody came. And the next day I called again and they said the parcel was already sent back to the seller and to contact the seller. No apology at all. Unprofessional and the worst I've experienced!

N	Nazwah Jainudin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tracking details said that driver attempted to pick up my parcel and failed but i have been home all day lounging near the door and did not see ANYONE come at all. the reason was supposedly because i have not packed my parcel properly, mind you it was all packed with the label and placed near the door. for my first order, called the hotline and said that driver will make attempt to pick up again the following day and said that might have to wait until 9pm due to high volume of orders. guess what? waited until 9pm and no driver came at all.

First they delivered the wrong item to me, after a week of trying to contact them, they say they've found the item, and that it would be delivered the next day. The next day I waited at home to recieve my parcel, but nothing came. Not even a single update on where my item is. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I'll have to try to contact them again. Hope they'll respond. I should know it isn't that hard to collect an item and deliver it, as I'm a freelance courier myself. ?
