★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Met a few IDs before deciding to engage Clarence, as I felt that he is the one who is willing to listen to what his client really wants and he is all out to assist his client on all reno aspect.
Although there were some hiccups along the reno journey but Clarence pick it up and assisted to resolve within his means.
He is really patience, as I would brand myself as a really demanding client of his.
Nevertheless the reno was completed as required and I will not hesitate to recommend him to my friends for reno works.

Jiovian provided excellent service and even went the extra mile of service to make me feel safe with the renovation. Renovation with Jiovian was a peace of mind and the deadline given by Jiovian was indeed accurate. Any problems encountered during the renovation was settled amicably. Even problems after the renovation was done, Jiovian provide timely support as well as rectification. 1. The owner Rebecca was extremely professional and helpful. ID was discussed and adjusted to our likes. Material selection done.
2. Renovation done and no problem at all, despite changing of design few times she was very accommodate.
3. Fast and pricing was reasonable. The workmanship was good and lasting.
4. I just called for her help after 2 years, she still very helpful to get me an electrician despite not her scope of work.
