Very poor experience so far. They are completely unresponsive and unable to handle the simplest of requests. Not sure how they can be trusted with our health?

Great experience. Explanation in detail to regards of the Health Insurance and benefits. Give me a great relieve and plan for future.

To the one who is manning the hotline - your duty is to respond to enquires in a professional manner. You dun answer in a rude and harsh tone. I would not have call in if I have the info. If you dun want the job please pass the job to the one that deserves it

Helped to apply LOG for my mom for her pending surgery, was told typically take 1 day and now its been almost 1 month with no replies and her pending surgery date already past. Am ok to push back surgery date if medical review takes longer but claims department have been extremely unresponsive with no decency to give any form of updates even after repeated email enquiries, leaving client in the dark. Have been the earliest supporter of Raffles Shield since when it first launched in the market 3 years ago and despite not having a dedicated health advisor after previous one resigned, we still continue to support by paying the hefty premiums. Very poor service level standard for a private healthcare institution. Even government agencies tries to respond within 3 working days. EDIT: finally got a reply from claims dept with CX's help responding that LOG has been approved and asked for new surgery date. Immediately responded with new proposed surgery date and AGAIN despite repeated email enquiries, I receive zero responses again for the LOG when surgery date is approaching really soon in next week. Completely lost my trust in raffles shield now given that service standard of 1 working day for LOG issuance is not met (more than 1 month) and you can expect repeated email enquiries to go completely unanswered till you leave a review. Future customers - pls take note.

I'm unwell because of something and I decided to check with my insurance agent as whether a XXXX is claimable. its been almost one week this insurant agent never got back to me and kept saying she is still checking with her claim department. she never followed up, rather I kept asking my insurant agent to follow up! Until now, there is NO follow up at all! just asking whether can claim or not, they are already unresponsive, let alone later i ask for my claim to be credited to me? I believe Raffles Health Insurance JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, BUT THEY DO NOT EVEN BOTHER AS TO HOW YOU ARE DYING!! You must wait until the moon, stars, sun, and the other 8 planets are aligned until they can serve you properly!! CAREFUL!! CAREFUL!! CAREFUL!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH RAFFLES HEALTH INSURANCE, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY, BUT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH EVEN IF YOU ARE DYING!!!
