★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience I had. Moving house is quite stressful and they take advantage of the situation. They try to find whatever they can to charge you (distance from the road to the door, additional truck if yours is too big for condo, etc...). On top of the customer service is not reliable, they are clearly not here to help you but to maximize profit, if you don’t pay the unfair charges they keep your furnitures, so you are stuck and you have no choice than to pay. Avoid at all costs.
