Nice place lots of cichlids plecos goldfish bettas. Small collection of shrimps. A lot of equipment too but prices are roughly same as normal lfs

We arrived at 6.45pm all the way from Ang Mo Kio and they tell us they close despite the door still open.

Nice place to visit for your aquarium needs. There's plenty of tank, equipment, plants with only fishes on the lesser side. Unfortunately specifically for the Betta, I don't feel that they were treated that well. All were given almond leave water but just the bare minimum. Could have use a jar with more capacity.

If you live far away don't bother with this shop. Some of the staff there seem okay in person but over the phone they are downright rude. If you call them and it's a man that picks up, hang up. He is rude and unhelpful. I called 2 days ago to check if they have a certain light model and he went to check, sounded annoyed that he decided to pick up the phone and now had to help a customer with one simple thing, said that they did not have it. That's fine, I thanked him for helping out and ended the call. Today I called again to check the prices of the other light models of the same brand as if they did have one that was still an affordable price I would go down to buy it. He again in an annoyed tone, told me that they have all the light models for that brand (didn't he just say that they didn't the one I was looking for in stock?), to go down and look for it myself as he already told me the prices and that if I wanted to buy I should just come down myself. Well yeah if you had the light model I wanted that other shops around me did not have I would have just gone down after the first phone call?? But since you don't I'm calling again to check prices so I don't waste 2 hours travelling to find out you only have the models that cost $300+ when my budget is $200?? He did tell me the prices 2 days ago (even though I didn't ask him to as I just wanted to find out if they had the light I wanted). But his voice was so muffled I couldn't even hear what he was saying and didn't ask him to repeat himself as it wasn't even information I was looking for at the time and he seems like the kind of person to yell at you if you ask them to repeat themselves because you can't hear them. Turns out he is that kind of person. Rainbow is not the kind of shop I want to support. If I can find the brand of light I'm looking for at other places (even at slightly higher prices), I'd rather spend my money at a shop that is at least decent to the people spending their money there.

Good place to buy fish supplies. Rocks here is sold at $4/kg and there is additional 10% discount. Our fish tank light was spoiled and the seller is willing to sell us the spare part only. Good!

My first trip to Rainbow Aquarium, the aquarium store has wide variety of items at reasonable price. I find the fishes is quite limited as compared to other similar aquarium of this size.
