Rapid Recruitment (West)

Rapid Recruitment has been one of the professionally managed recruitment agency I come across. And I am still with the till now. Staffs are friendly, attentive, responsive to your needs and requests. Upon successful assign to a company, they constantly followup with you to understand whether you can adapt or any issues at the new work place. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for any job openings. Benny

Worst agency ever, the whole contract is utter nonsense and super strict, there is not even a notice period stated for me to back out if I have other last minute commitments. Signed a contract with them but was threatened by the agent for payment if I do not show on the first day, I even notified her a whole week in advance that I would like to back out but still...no chance given unlike other agencies where they will willingly pull ur contract. Poor work ethics and really unprofessional, I would NEVER sign with them ever again!!

Was applying for this cash-packing job but was offered a higher-paying telemarketer role. Ms Teresa Chan explained the details of contract clearly to me, without hidden pointers and so far the job was good. For the record, those in the same client company but hired by other agencies had some misinformation about the pay details. I'm glad Rapid did a good job in that!

I would like to compliment Ms. Teresa for her dedication and passion in assisting me in my job application process and payment matters. She is an agent who is responsive should I have any concerns that arise with regards to my payroll. I had a pleasant partnership with her, and her working attitude and values indeed suits the word RAPID. Thanks for the positive experience.

This is by far the worst recuiting agency in Singapore. On 11 March 2019, I was attended the interview 0900 in their office at Jurong. Mind you I lived in the East. I was then briefed of the salary and work hours etc. I eventually signed the contract and accepted the offer despite only offered $8 per hour ($8.50 if perfect attendance without any latenesses). I was then told to report for work on 12 March 2019 at 0800. On 12 March 2019, I reached my workplace at 0745 and headed for the receiptionist and around 0810 the lady whom I'm supposed to report to told me they have full vacancy and I was not needed. She then tried to contact Rapid Recruitment, while I did the same but none of us got any response from Rapid Recruitment until they eventually replied to my whatsapp and apologized for their "mix up". And even asked if I would want another job they have to offer. Hello Rapid Recruitment, are you thinking you are playing with children? You do realize I had to wake up early just to report for both the interview and work on 11 and 12 March. On 11 March I had to stand on the EW MRT train for 44 mins traveling from East to West just for an interview and do the same just to go back home. It was raining heavily on 12 March and I had no umbrella or whatsoever to shelter me yet I still report punctually to the designated work place. My advise to job seekers is to AVOID 3rd Party Recruitment Agencies at all cost. Your salary are being cut, the contract has severe liquidation damages incurred if you do not abide the any stated in their contract. And they also screwed up just like Rapid Recruitment. Attached is the screenshot of my conversation from the day I apply the job until 12 March. Really utterly disappointed with Rapid Recruitment.

What a pathetic situation; I told her I was interested in the job application last week Thursday, but she appears to be uninterested; I don't believe I did anything wrong; I only asked her a few questions, such as whether the salary will be paid monthly with cpf or weekly; and I just wanted to confirm that she is the agent who will be responsible for it. I'm shocked she didn't respond to my messages, but she did on March 2nd, asking "Are you still available for weekend packing job?" It's not funny that people behave in this manner. I would highly recommend agent Teresa Chan to anyone looking for a job! Teresa guided me really well from the start to the end, she was really patient when explaining details of the job to me!
