★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bar counter sear and I was able to see directly the whole cooking process. I tried the 6 rolls and they were made perfectly and tasty! However, the high roll wasn't really worth.
The staff explained very clearly about the menu and I have enjoyed the experience. Would come back next time!

Didn’t have worry about the quality of the rest of the course after tasting the first roll.
Everything was delicious and fresh. They used seasoned seaweed and they were really crunchy. Rice was seasoned beautifully as well.
Favourites were the crab which was fragrant and savoury & the torched engawa which was fatty and melts in your mouth.
Will definitely come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hand rolls, especially the engawa. So fatty with a very complementary smoky taste. Definitely recommend the 6 rolls for $36. Girlfriend only liked the first two drinks for the sake pairing set.
Service was great too. Only reason why I can't give 5 stars is because we had to wait an absurdly long time in between rolls due to the crowd. Nevertheless, a great place to bring a date too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High quality ingredients, great ambience, superior service. I recommended this restaurant to all of my friends. The only minor call out would be the very loud music on the night of my visit, quite hard to maintain a conversation or hear your server describing dishes.

Food was fabulous, good quality and worth the price. Recommend to do the sake pairing and to try the high roller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the 6 rolls + sake pairing today. The restaurant greeted us with hip-hop speakeasy vibes ⚡ super chill.
Though my review for each roll and sake was varying (see soy sauce smiley images for more info). Some hit, some miss.
But overall, a really cool place for a date/hangout. Tho we won't be back so soon~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this the first time and it’s awesome! The vibes in there are hyped! With the neon light and music. We feel transported to Japan, to those neon izakaya bars ?
Staffs are super attentive and explained each dish in details! Kudos to Moses, ET and Michael who made our dining experience so special! Even gave me a surprise for my birthday! Highly recommend to try this out.
Love the 6 rolls and sake pairing! High roller is a little overpriced we feel.
Will definitely return!
