I liked my razer deathadder & abyssus. Branding design, marketing as well as research & development of razer does very well in making interesting and worthwhile products.

Inferior quality, mice and headset won't last more >1 year. Don't bother to waste time and money to buy. Poor and slow customer services. Am a Singaporean and owner of 3 razer products (Diamond back mice scrolling spoil, kraken headset rubber peeling, blackwidow keyboard automatic type and hold letter). All happened less than a year of purchase. Respond to below reply. My headset ear piece surface was peeling off badly, and the head rest was peeling. it was rejected by customer service that was not cover under the warranty. It was barely a year. Those living in asia (humid and hot) better take note of material degradation. Razer didnt warn it users yet it was sold in asia.

Ignore the naysayers. Most of them fake/inactive accounts (1-2 reviews). I use Razer products more than 10 years as you can see my Razer Ouroboros 10y+ still intact even though I dropped it countless times. I love almost every Razer peripherals products and just recently bought their notebook. - Razer Ouroboros - Razer Huntsman Elite - Razer Viper Ultimate Cyberpunk - Razer Core X Chroma - Razer Blade 15 Advanced Pro - Razer Kraken - Razer Goliathus Only maybe few things. The Razer phone could be improved Their monitor will need to be improved

have left my headphone for exchange last wednesday. as of today have not received as promise to deliver to my address . nobody is responding to my calls since tuesday.. your promises are not true.....i truly missed the review if not never to buy razer products. your service sucks . they have no intention of returning my headphone

Razer has the worst warranty service I have ever experienced (and I’ve lived for many decades). They cannot even get their deceitful narratives straight and free of contradictions.

One Nightmare company. Poor Agents support. Unresponsive emails and miscommunication internally and with customer. VIP Response team service attitude was worse, cannot handle enquiry and cut the line abruptly. RMA process not stated properly which caused extra waiting time. Products replaced but still not working.

Bought Razer Blade 14 last year and the unit could not charge. Seek help from Razer and the response was fast. Thank you to HT Chan for the efficient service, collecting my item and delivering it quite fast. All working well now. ?
