β β β β β We have a Awesome Meal in Bukit Panjang Branch with all the friendly staffs. Especially the Branch Manager Per Kang Wei, we really have a pleasant experience with him. He is extremely helpful in all our needs and queries.
Highly recommended to meal in Bukit Panjang Branch. 5 ????? thumb up and 5 βοΈβοΈ βοΈ βοΈ βοΈ.

β β β β β The food standard has drop tremendously, for example I had the sashimi and sushi gozen. The fish was not fresh, meat was soft and lack of firmness and sheen. The prawn was soft and mushy...it was even worse than the prawn in the soup. What a letdown. Now I wonder if I will get any food poisoning from this not so fresh experience.

β β β β β Had a sumptuous and memorable lunch yesterday at your Clementi outlet.
The moment I entered the Restaurant, I was greeted by a man in black (MIB). Despite his small stature, he gave me the 'biggest' smile which I have yet to see for a long time in the F&B Industry.
He was extremely courteous and friendly and he had all the correct attributes which a Service Staff in any Restaurant should possess.
He used all the polite words and gestures and his tone was very friendly. His posture was correct and his body language was absolutely perfect. He guided me to a table which was near the Kitchen and he even checked with me if that was OK.
He recommend me the 'Father's day Lunch' Special and the food was absolutely delightful. The portioning and varieties were there and it is definitely 'Value for money' for me.
After the meal I was fully satisfied both with the food and Services provided.
Kudos to 'TEE' and the Chef for giving me such a memorable 'Father's day'
Lunch experience.
I can see that "TEE's" performance is passionate and genuine and he enjoys what he does.

β β β β β The new membership card online is so badly designed. Wanted to exchange my ichiban card for $20 voucher, ended up unable to because the staff told us it will prompt us the question to redeem in the previous transaction, which we didnt even see upon paying. Who the hell develop this bad reward system?
Kuriya at causeway point also has blind and bad customer service. Last time I went there i was queuing up, counter ask me to shift myself to other position for queue and I have to rejoin it to the last (i was second). Staff didnt even bother and thought I cut queue but actually i am waiting to order for a good 5 mins (very slow staff) until the queue get longer and longer.
I will not patronize any restaurant by re&s, probably spent more than 1k in this year. Bye

β β β β β My mum was at Idaten Udon Nex outlet on 17th Sept'21. Would like to commend your service staff by the name of Jeffrey, whom was very patient in assisting her with the food ordering, as she is Mandarin fluent only. He also was meticulously very attentive to her minor needs assisting to bring her food and clear tray etc, seeing she was wheelchair bound. Kudos to him and I'll definitely be back with friends to patronise.
