★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady hairdresser was extremely rude. Simply asked her what was the expected waiting time and she said "we are all very busy. if you can wait, then wait outside". Extremely unprofessional and poor standards. Owner of the establishment please take note of this employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete disregard for customer's time, set appointments twice this week, was left sitting unattended to for 20mins past appointment time on both occasions.
Last straw was when the stylist asked me what time is my appointment (which was 8pm) but then proceeded to attend to another customer who's appointment is 8.30pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was enquiring if i could have a haircut during an afternoon as the shop only had 1 customer at the moment.One guy told me they are full, i tried to get a slot later but both the lady and guy argued they only provide service by appointment. However when engaged with their own friends, they turn into a nice little angels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call to book appointment or risk getting turned away. Take note that even if you booked and turn up at exact timing there might not be a hairdresser available so you still gotta wait. Other than that it's a neat place with no hard selling packages and good for normal hair services.

Staff Emma displayed poor attitude towards customer for not just once, but twice.
Poor experience received overall.
