Went back to check with staff, only to receive its-liddat-lor-nothing-he-can-do reply.
Not a recommended place to purchase anything and no after sale service.

Ordered paper backdrops online at red dot. Items had the lowest quality I've ever seen so far. Thin and bumpy, unequal colouring.
Return policies and customer service are a nightmare.
WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. Especially for the disrespectful customer service. BE SMART, DONT BUY HERE. Lesson learned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to their office which is located in an industrial building. It takes me a while to find it via Waze but Google Maps came to the rescue. Edward attended to me. He is courteous and answered all my questions. They have ready stock for the Rode SC7 cable and it was a lifesaver as I needed the cable urgently. After chatting with Edward, I ended up buying a Rode Interview GO. Their office is not that far from my place. Will visit them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the GoPro mic adaptor from them on 27/10/2021. Went home and turned out it wasn't working. Next day, was advised to come back down to their place and found out that the product given was faulty. Guy named Ivan sat down with me and tried to troubleshoot the problems and when nothing seemed to be working, he offered an exchange for the product and just like that, everything was working as it's supposed to be. Solid after sales customer support and I'd recommend anyone to buy what you need from them.
