★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met Kendric last week to have a look at the car i was eyeing. He was polite and helpful from the beginning.
I went back a few days later to test drive, some minor issues were brought up by Kendric with repairs to be carried out before delivery, bought the car on the spot.
After picking up the car and driving for 20 mins, heard some rattling sound which was not there during test drive. A day later, with car repaired, i drove out. Again within mins, sound came back. This time, a few days to fix. A few parts were changed to isolate the issue. Yesterday, i drove back without hearing the irritating sound.
All in all, if Kendric had wanted to be stingy n deny responsiblity, he could. From what i can see, quite a hefty repair bill was incurred. Sincerity n integrity were the key factor to me. I m appreciative n strongly recommend his service.
