D	Deena Sabrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for 2. Totally unprofessional. I had a bad allergic reaction to the QOD Keratin Treatment that led to me heading to A&E the next day. Salon refuses to provide refund despite: No skin allergy testing done. Usually salons will do a patch test. No disclosure of refund policy at point of confirmation to proceed. I have done many keratin and k-gloss treatments before and have not had an adverse effect before. Staff not professional and appointed the hair washing auntie to apply the treatment for me. Was not serviced by the main hairdresser. For my friend, Hair dresser left her perm for over 2 hours and was MIA. We were there from 1230pm to 330pm despite being advised the treatment will take 2 hours max. Will not recommend, and have reported to case trust for the lack of service recovery

But to our surprise, MILO said there is nothing to top up because the package includes everything alr. My mum loves the end product and will come back in future. Thank you for the good service rendered.

Thank you so much for the wonderful work you guys do (Stylist Ken) and the other female stylist I wasn't able to get her name. Stylist was soft spoken, friendly, gentle, professional and kind. Stylist gave me advice on how to take care of my hair. The salon is very clean and they are following all safety protocols. They do our hair as if we are paying a normal price and not discounted. All around good experience. No hard selling at all which i really like. Value for money. High Recommended.

I want a easy manage and simple haircut and he do it quite well and manage to rescue some weird cuts from my previous haircut from other salon. Not pushy to sign any products. Overall it was a good experience and I will come back!

Honestly wasn’t really keen to leave a bad review on any businesses but the results is really bad and hope it’d be helpful for people who are considering to do rebonding there (esp if you are spending your money and getting a terrible outcome) P.S. Never really tried the other services hence this bad review does not mean to say that all their services are bad.

Especially the director from this salon ( he will spend more time sweet talk and ask you to purchase hair package ) ! Now I have to visit another salon rescue my hair !

After reading the good reviews, I decided to give it a try and it’s really true that the salon offers great professional services and was very meticulous in tending my hair and scalp as I had sensitive skin. The services given was also specially tailored to suit me, no hard selling but more of recommending. Thank you for the new hair! ?

Its my first visit and definitely not my last. This is a temporary location of their salon thus the decor. I would highly recommend Kenji.
