β β β β β This RED company may have many fingers in many pies in the telco sector, but certainly failed terribly with simple communication like phone calls.
Just try calling their "Call Centre" main lines 68467661 or 68461784 on a Monday workday afternoon; nobody bothers to answer the phone within 1min.
Even with their Whatsapp line, you have somebody who can't speak English and with a bad Internet connection.
I cannot downvote this RED Technologies (Quixotic??) more.
