β β β β β My 3rd purchase from Redmart. The delivery side sent my items to the wrong unit at about 12pm. An email was sent to me that my item was successfully delivered but I only realised it about 4pm but I did not received my order. I gave a call to the contact ctr. From 4pm to 11pm, the contact centre staff keep telling me that they are trying their best to reach the delivery team but unable to reach them and no response from the delivery team. So their policy is if we order for today's date, it is only for today's date. Eventhough, they made a mistake or neglience on their side, they do not have any policy to redeliver on the same day nor the nxt day. If the time reach out to their last delivery wave which is 11pm, our order will be cancelled and they will proceed for a refund. Refund for credit card as stated in my email is within 3 to 5 working days. For debit card is 5 to 10 days and it can reach up to 2 weeks. The cso and the supervisor from the contact centre keep saying that they will try to find a resolution and the matter is being further investigate. But in the end, there is no resolution as the delivery team and the contact ctr did not have a proper system to work as a 'Team.' Communication is done through messaging. No direct contact or what so ever. I have waited for them to rectify my delivery issue frm 4pm till their last delivery wave which is at 11pm. So, in the end no resolution was given. No redelivery for the next day and they keep telling me to process for a refund and agreeable to it. Because there is no other solution except for a refund. To the REDMART management, this is an unacceptable solution that the contact centre had to come out with. For the delivery or transport side, they got away so easily with it eventhough it is neglience on their side to deliver my item to the wrong blk, wrong unit number. I have given a proper address, contact number and email when my order was placed. Anyone who is trying to purchase from Redmart, do read all the reviews from other customer's feedback and purchase at own risk. Very irresponsible and no team work. A very bad experience and will be my last time ordering from Redmart. To the management, please take necessary actions to the staff involve and I required a response back from the management.

β β β β β Ridiculous delivery and customer service. Selected delivery slot of 8am-2pm but driver apparently showed up at 745am only to leave without even calling me or ringing my door bell. Redelivery instructions from CSO went ignored for the whole day and there was just no way CSO could figure out where the driver was. CSO also said on every single occasion that they'll check and call me back within 30min, but no one ever did. You guys deserve the 1* rating everyone is giving you.

β β β β β Donβt even deserve a star. It should be -5 if thereβs. The order has not been delivered due to unable to contact me. In the first place thereβs NO special note to call upon delivery so I donβt understand why they are unable to deliver. The best part I donβt even receive a miss call. Iβve paid for delivery fees on top of the goods I paid for it. The best part the hotline is not helping at all. Telling me that they cannot promise that the order will redeliver . They said they will refund it for me ?ββοΈ Thereβs no accountability and responsibility at all. So order at your own risk. Iβve been regular cust of them for quite sometimes but now never again.

β β β β β Tired purchasing from redmart. They always come outside of the delivery timing that was selected, causing inconvenience as we'll need to check the items when they arrived but yet the timing was out of our range, hence mess up with our schedule.
In addition, according to the CS, promo item that is available at the point of purchase could be out of stock although it is stated as valid till few more weeks after your purchase date and no prior notice would be given before delivery. So customer will be left blank when they don't receive the item. So to me it's like luring you into buying but item won't be delivered to you? So it's just mean that the posting is not accurate and we shouldn't buy from redmart? ?ββοΈ

β β β β β Been ordering for a couple years now. For the most part they do deliver but this is the second time I've had almost half my entire order missing and I'm really disappointed in the lack of responsibility from the delivery drivers. They never call when you tick the "call upon arrival", and once dumping the goods they'll try to disappear as fast as possible.
Would it kill to at least check with the order list that what you deliver should be there? He claimed he didn't even have an order list this time.
Returns/Refunds are so smooth and fast it almost seems they expect there to be missing items and unless you check, you're the one losing money.
Hopefully other platforms like shopee could widen their selection without separating shipping costs from different vendors but until then we're stuck with jokers sitting on a monopoly of a wide selection of groceries. What a shame.

β β β β β There's a reason why going local is a dream. That's where others such as Prime and Cold Storage have better standards and I don't mind the additional cost. Items were were to be delivered by a certain time window. Then it announced that it would be an hour late and silence. Items were not received and customer service had no clue as its with a shipping company. Two hours after the delayed delivery time, still no word from Red Mart and no sign of items. First and last time purchasing from Red Mart. Truly, company placong customers at the bottom of their priorities. Company never to even consider.
If you need groceries and are healthy, take that walk. Saves money, gives you a wider choice and fresher products, and you get products when you need them.

β β β β β Minus 5 Stars. Hilarious rude delivery encountered 10 mins ago. Furthermore he was masked down. Gave clear instruciton to use service lift to 4th floor office. He said my office lift got "Sampah", PLEASE, only emply caton boxes. I could understand Malay. He just left the goods there and I had to ask to use his trolley to push just 10 steps into my pantry. He said "You return the trolley to me, I just wait downstairs" Well Next time I will put my office unit and let your men drive to the common carpark and use the common lifts up. We been ordering your stuffs so many years but lately each time, your staffs/contractors giving us attitude, shouted, forced pushed and slammed my lift doors. Please look at the stuffs here, crushed! Why? No respect to the things you sell and your customers.

β β β β β Don't even deserve a star. This is how I received my delivery. All the cleaning detergent were leaking. Will never order from redmart again. Food and detergent packed together. This is horrible experience and this not the first time this is happened to us. I wonder what the management are doing even after seeing proof of pics and bad reviews. People stay away from using redmart.
